CEILING BATTEN Purchase Policy
This policy is a general guide only and does not replace your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
- All prices are in AUD and excl GST.
- Orders are confirmed once full payment is received.
- Lead times for made-to-measure battens are estimated only and may vary.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm all measurements and specifications before placing an order.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order. In this case, any payment received will be refunded.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Stock-length battens:
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery/collection.
- Items must be unused, undamaged and in original condition.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- A restocking fee may apply.
Custom / made-to-measure battens:
As these are made to your specifications, they are non‑refundable and cannot be returned unless faulty or required by law.
Faulty or damaged items:
- Please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos and order details.
- Where required by Australian Consumer Law, we will repair, replace or refund.
Change of mind:
Change-of-mind returns are at our discretion and may incur fees and freight charges.
Shipping & Collection
- Collection is available from our Rocklea warehouse by appointment.
- Delivery is available within the Brisbane area - Price on Application.
- Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection.
